Our Mission

Health Wise Network Charities, Inc. was organized and is operating exclusively for educational, charitable and scientific purposes. We wish to educate our community through grassroots, community outreach and education, as well as, sponsoring and facilitating Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities to health care professionals.
